So, liking your system you suggested in your fetlife message a couple of days ago.. assumming I've understood it correctly this is how i see it working..
Say i post the keys on the 20th Feb, you roll a dice to determine how many months, throwing again if you get a 1 or a 6.. say it comes up 4.  That gives a release date of 20th June.
Then using the Saturday bonus ball, adding days if its odd or subtracting if even.  Add the 2 digits of the bonus ball together to see how many days are added or taken off.
So for example Sats BB was 27.. so 9 days added.. making release date 29th June.
Then factor in my rubber wear and buttplugging earnt time, say i managed being plugged at work for 10 hours 3 days a week for the 4 weeks plus 10 hours rubbered.
30 hours x 4 + 10 hours x 4 = 160 hours or 6.6 days. Rounded off that takes a week off my release date making it the 22nd June.
Then the Thunderball tasks.. 2 per week, with say a failure adding 7 days.  Over the first 4 weeks i fail 2 so incur an extra 14 days making my release date 6th July.
And so on..
Or another senario could be..
On reciept of keys you roll the dice twice, then divide that by 2. Say for example 5+3=8.. that would mean 4 weeks worth of hours - 24hrs x 7 = 168 x 4 = 672
So I have to complete 672hrs worth of being buttplugged and/or rubbered to earn my release.
Say in the first week i manage 3 days in work plugged with my standard sized plug (30) + 4hrs at home with a large plug (4) + 10hrs at home with standard plug (5)
+ 6hrs at home in 2 items of rubber gear (6) and same outdoor for 2hrs (4)  The weeks total of 49hrs.. deducte from the 672 = 623
Lottery adjustment could be the value of the Saturday bonus ball being subtracted from the weeks hours earnt if i fail to correctly predict weather the bonus ball comes up odd or even.
This weeks was 27, so if i had predicted it would be an even number the total to go would increase to 650.
Thunderball orders - say a penalty of 2 days or 48hrs for a 'fail' - if i failed one of the two orders the total increase to 700.. higher than started with.  If i am succsessful in both i would of
reduced the total needed by 22 that week.  That replicated would mean it would take 30 weeks to earn my release. If i had guessed the bonus ball correctedly those figures would be 49hrs
and take just over 13 weeks.  Think this option would need some tinkering with..
Have now seen the wiki page and what you are suggesting on there.. that all seems fine though liked the idea of having a 'earn' my way to release element - though it could get overly
complicated if not careful.  Your idea to have a clause where time you spend locked or plugged gets added to mine or counts against me in some way is interesting..
any further thoughts on how that would work?
