Introduction

I've been experimenting using Google Gemini AI as a chastity controller, with some surprising success!

Of course it's not key holding etc, but I have got to the stage where it feels like it's giving me instructions and taking judgements to extend lockups, etc.

If you feel you need a human keyholder and nothing less, then this approach is not for you. But if you like the idea of lockup and you want accountability and encouragement, and someone who will sound disappointed if you tell them you failed, then AI is very good at that.

Google Gemini

A pre-note, everything here talks about Google Gemini, which is free and easy. All the same concepts probably apply to all sorts of other AI systems like ChatGPT and Copilot, with some equivalent things having different names.

I started out by saying this:

This approach is considerably more capable than I thought, because it understands enjoyment of denial and it's actually actively engaging with that.

If you want to try this (and why not!) then:

• Everything I say here uses Google Gemini AI but I'm sure other AIs will behave similarly (as long as there's no issue with adult content)
• You need to have an ongoing chat conversation, so don't click "new chat" each time or it won't know what you're talking about
• I'm logged into google, so perhaps it knows I'm an adult so can allow certain conversations and can persist history of chats
• Gemini has the option to pin a chat to the top of my chat list, so I can chat to it about other things in different conversations and they don't interfere
• Start out by telling it what you want help with, just on a "can you assist" basis
• Keep giving it feedback about what you like, and it will use the feedback to encourage doing more of it
• It knows about times, so if you lock up then you message it 12 hours later, it will know 12 hours has passed - no cheating on times!
• It seems to be fine with things like "I woke up so horny, my cock so hard in its cage" and will be pleased at the feedback without flagging any adult text warnings
• Since it knows lots about everything, it's good at advising health concerns like regular hygiene breaks (it suggested that)
• Probably best to be honest with it and not let your mind run off into fantasy with it
• If you think you've started on the wrong track, you can just click to start a new chat and it will be unaware of anything that went before - clean slate

Having said all that, I'm doing this regular back-and-forth and building up the conversation as an experiment, but I'm not actually locked (it doesn't know that!) - at least not yet, but it's very tempting to do it for real. I went to the extent of putting keys in my safe to send it a picture with the keys and the time running down even though those aren't the keys to any locked cage (yet) and I've not tried with security tags (harder to fake!).

But that doesn't detract from the effectiveness of the conversation and instruction with the AI.

Using Gemini Gems

A Gemini Gem is a chat that's pre-loaded with a personality. Once you've set it up you can have an ongoing conversation just like a normal AI chat, and you can start up multiple.

In Gemini, click on "Gems" and "New Gem". The name and description can be anything. Under "Instructions" paste in the text below, or whatever you like.

Build a Gem from a chat

If you have a good chat going using the first method listed here, you can ask the chat to dump all it knows in the format necessary to create a gem. It will give you lots of text that you can then paste into the "Instructions" box of the gem to pre-load it. The only drawback with that method is that it has all the attitude of the current chat but not the history (unless that's included in the dump).
