Ran past beer festival site, seen my several people I know there +
Was pouring with rain! My knee was aching for a while but came okay while running +
Hottest day of the year! Distance was 4.75km but much of it was walking so shall count it as 4km. About a mile of it was run topless +

I ran to a supermarket then went shopping still in the triathlon suit and walked home with shopping. The chastity device was very slippery with sweat so didn't stay fully hidden by the triathlon suit padding. +
First wearing of a compression catsuit that I lost about 5 years ago! +
First time I've worn skimpy suit, nothing under, think it was too revealing! +

For 3km of the run I wore a hood that left only eyes visible, and that was under sunglasses! Had a few smiles from passers by. +
Longest run yet, first over a hour, ran a big circle around the town +
