MortiSafe
From MortiWiki
A MortiSafe is a safe for holding chastity belt keys or whatever else you want.
It's connected to a PC and can be controlled in various ways. You can configure it to unlock only after a specified period, or unlock with a password, and (will be) controllable through a website by someone else.
- You can build one for yourself - see Build a MortiSafe

If you would like to buy one, or would like to help out making safes for people to buy, then please mail me.
There is a Google based, invite-only discussion group. If you would like to join, mail me.
Limitation
Currently the limitations of this system are:
- It needs to have power all the time. If power is disconnected, it will unlock and forget its timer setting. I need to change that so it remembers its current state.
- It's controlled by software which you have to download, there's no website yet
Enhancements
Stuff that would be nice to do:
- Have the safe open at a particular time of day/date (eg 3pm Thursday), rather that a certain period after the safe is locked
- Need to be able to callibrate the safe (its timing is a bit approximate)
- Would be neat to relate it somehow to the 'timelock' program, which has lots of fun features for teasing etc
- ...or put neat teasing features into the website
Features from Timelock to consider
- Allow the sub to specify time limits. This could be very important when using the safe for bondage. A master might think that it is funny to add some time but this could be dangerous in heavy bondage. At the same time there should be the option for At Your Own Risk.
- Have an option for the master to alter the time, adding or subtracting it. This would allow the master to reward or punish by adding/subtracting time. This option would have to be either allowed or disallowed at the beginning so that someone who is using the safe for self-bondage couldn't keep reducing his time.
- Timelock allows a couple of special display options. "Tease" shows "cold", "warm", etc. Torment seems to show the time left but it has added or subtracted from the real time. It might show that you have a half hour left when you actually have two hours left or fifteen minutes left.
